We provide technical support for all vehicle conversions performed by our
staff. We are pleased to offer you technical support for your Plug-In
Hybrid produced by Enginer, and installed by others for a fee.
- Online Technical Support 1

One-time call-in to one of our techs for simple question, resolved
within 5 to 10 minutes
- Extended Online Tech Support 2

This would include similar calls as for Support 1, but extends
beyond 5 to 10 minutes. This would be subject to a bill at our hourly
rate of $120 per hour, to the nearest 15 minutes.
- On-Site Tech Support 3

Level 3 tech support includes on-site inspection at one of ProPHEV
service locations and diagnosis of
problems, and the development of a remediation plan with itemized parts and
labor required. Diagnostic fee of $95 applied toward final bill if
repaired by our staff.
